The European Platform for Rehabilitation is a network of leading European providers of rehabilitation services to people with disabilities and other groups experiencing social disadvantage. These services relate mainly to vocational education and training and reintegration in the open labour market as well as medical rehabilitation and social care. The main objective is to achieve continuous professional improvement, quality and best practice in every aspect of service delivery. Through its Public Affairs activities, EPR contributes to European disability policy and legislation.

Business Disability Forum (BusDis) is a not-for-profit member organisation that makes it easier and more rewarding to do business with and employ disabled people. It has more than twenty years experience of working with public and private sector organisations, formerly as the Employers? Forum on Disability. Their members employ almost 20% of the UK workforce and, together, we seek to remove the barriers between public and private organisations and disabled people. It has a key stakeholder for both business and government. It has contributed to the establishment and development of meaningful disability discrimination legislation in the UK.

Politecnico di Milano is a science and technology university producing engineers, architects and industrial designers. Through the "MultiChancePoliTeam", the university offers specific services to students with disability (such as attendance and job placement support, psycho-educational counseling, technological aids, etc.). In addition to the MultiChancePoliTeam, Milano Politecnico counts with a large experience in projects relevant for the TN: the ITC4D - Information and Communication Technologies for disability aimed to support e-learning activities of persons with disabilities, the AutonomaMente project (http://www.autonomamenteinrete.it/) developed a highly customizable application based on multimodal communication (speech, AAC icons and text), realized using a number of open source solutions, the ADAMO project (http://www.asphi.it/adamo) promotes the accessibility of services based on wireless or mobile technologies, the 4Wheels project (POLIMI/DEI, IBM) promotes the accessibility of the wireless campus to students with motoric impairements using a wheelchair, etc.

The Ministry of Interior (Czech Republic) and National IT and Telecom Agency (Denmark) are actives members of the e-Inclusion Subgroup. These member States' representatives sit on this subgroup. Its advice feeds into the i2010 High-Level Group and helps the Commission to implement the Riga Declaration on e-Inclusion. The subgroup has done a lot of work on preparing the 2008 European Initiative on e-Inclusion, focusing especially on policies for ICT for Ageing Well and eAccessibility.
