The fourth ATIS4all workshop was held in Madrid at FUNDACIÓN ONCE on 18-19th September, 2012. This meeting was the fourth of the seven workshops scheduled within the ATIS4all project and was split in two days. The first day of the meeting 18th September 2012 permitted to establish final agreements with the consortium partners and supporters about the content, information architecture, and functionality of the future collaborative portal, as well as, establishing agreements about the contribution of the partners and supporter to finalise all sections of the portal gathering contents with a more European wide approach for best practices, case studies and training materials. Additionally, during the second day of the workshop 19th September, the new dissemination strategy updated in last work package 3 (WP3) was introduced, and final agreements with partners and supporters about dissemination activities focus on the engagement of new ATIS4all supporters were established. The workshop also presented the main result of the cluster work with ETNA Thematic Network: the joint prototype for ratings and comments, and presented the progress of the other Thematic Network in the development of the search engine on ICT AT products.
